BLTC Responsibilities-
- Contact Person- One BLTC from each school will be (1) responsible for being the contact person to our department for Schoolfusion and (2) the School Web Administrator for the school site. The School Web Admin is responsible for setting and checking permissions on the school's web site. Please register the name of your School Web Admin using Filemaker Pro and connecting to the School_Website_Info.fp7 database at 96.4.97.21 (You will need to used the username and password given to you at the BLTC meetings in March.)
- Submission of School Colors and Logos- BLTCs are responsible for making sure that school colors are chosen and logos are submitted by Friday, March 7, 2008. Please make sure that Logos are as high quality as possible! While jpegs are preferred, other formats are acceptable. Please be sure that copyright procedures are followed.
- Submission of Photos: Please submit any photos your school would like to use in the logo area of the web site. You may submit as many as you like, up to 9. Please be sure that any student images have appropriate permissions. Images should be as high quality as possible.
