When to contact the Network Team

Emergencies : One should call our contact number (594-1726) when users in the building are unable to connect to servers, network printers, or the internet.   This is usually a switch or router problem and these issues are a priority.

Non-Emergencies: One should use email to contact the network team with questions about using servers, setting up printers, adding network drops, getting new network cables, or any other issue besides whole school connection problems.

If classroom computers are not working, one should contact computer repair at 594-1828 (for Windows) or 594-1827 (for Macintosh)

For issues about Student Information Systems (Starbase, Pentamation, Bookkeeping programs), contact Student Information Systems (SIS) at 594-1844.   In other words, if the computer can connect to the internet but is having problems with the SIS programs, the staff at SIS will be more familiar with these issues.
