The network team's job is maintaining the connectivity of student, teacher and administrative computers to enable users to have network services and internet access. We offer help and troubleshooting for a variety of issues that users may encounter as well as installing and maintaining servers, network printers, network electronics, virus issues, training, and cable TV. The members of the network team are responsible for maintaining networks at all of the school sites, so they travel to locations where help is needed. Our work is primarily reacting to problems, so it is sometimes difficult to schedule appointments for school business. |
