To set up your Mail, follow these directions when you either open Mail for the first time or add an additional account:

Choose POP account- Post Office Protocol

Account Description: Label at your choice

Full Name: Your entire name, capitalized correctly.

Email Address:  -----------@k12tn.net

Incoming Mail Server:    mail.k12tn.net

Username: everything in front of the @ symbol for old accounts. New accounts are the entire address.

Password: I will assume you know this, if not, see Joyce Hausman.

Do not change security.

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.k12tn.net

Do not change use autentication.

To use this account at home, call your internet service provider and ask for the outgoing mail server. Put in a second server in Preferences.
