Dodge's insight into the hows and whys of using technology in the classroom has inspired teachers for many years. Dodge developed the term WebQuest and the actual process for using webquests to develop higher order thinking skills.
The following powerpoint will help you begin to think about how using technology to promote higher order thinking in your classroom.

Assesments for Projects:
As you begin to look at more complex projects how will you know what your students are learning? How can they show that they "got" what you wanted them to understand?
Rubrics:
To assess learning with more complex projects, it is important to develop good assement tools like rubrics. Here are several links to online rubric builders. Review the links offered and discuss how you already use rubrics and what could be useful about an online rubric.
