The introduction is concise and draws the students into wanting to learn more about the task.  This WebQuest is a collaboration effort among the Transportation, Logistics, Scientific, and Colonization Committees. Each committee must provide important information to the others in order to

complete the task.  The Internet resources are extensive, but some of the links do not work.  The evaluation component allows the students to know what is expected of them.  There is a “Teacher’s Page” that has links to several other Mars WebQuests.  “Exploring Mars WebQuest” gives the students an opportunity to do research as a committee and then accomplish tasks among the committees. There could be more graphics, but overall it is a good example of a Science WebQuest for high school students.
