Class Two of What in the 'World Wide Web'?

Bonus Tips

Learn to use the internet like a pro! Stay away from Scammers and Spammers!

Email Tip 1: Don't ever unsubscribe!
If it says Click Here to Unsubsribe, DON'T!

By clicking on unsubscribe, you will be telling the spammer on the other end that you are a "live" link! Hey, guess what! Somebody actually lives at that address and reads the mail that comes to it!

Don't tell them you are there! Report spam to ENA!

Report as Spam in webmail

spam@ena.com in regular email

Tip 2: Create a Junk Mail Account
Create a second email account that you don't really use. Use this account to register for anything that requires an actual email address.

Examples: Google Mail, Yahoo mail or HotMail

DO NOT reply to unsolicited e-mail requesting them to leave you alone. If they receive a response, spammers know that they've found an active, valid e-mail address. This will likely have the reverse effect and you will end up with MORE spam, not less.

DO NOT use the unsubscribe option on unsolicited
e-mail.
